The kitchen is well equipped with modern units, a dining table, Antika flooring, oven, hob ,microwave, fridge with freezer box, wall mounted LCD TV and a CD/Dab radio system.
Sitting Room
The sitting area is comfortable and spacious with 2 leather chairs, coffee/occasional tables, a tall bookcase, a 32 inch television with freeview digital and a DVD with a range of films and music CDS . An interesting selection of local history books, maps and walks, fictions and non fiction books and games available to read and use. A built in pine cupboard contains a vacuum, ironing board and clothes airer along with wardrobe hanging space and shelving.
Bedroom & shower room
The bedroom area has a double bed with 2 bedside chests, a dressing table and a storage alcove with hanging space. The shower room has an electric shower, hand basin on a vanity unit and a WC.
Heating
The property has oil central heating with 2 double radiators downstairs in the kitchen/dining area and 2 upstairs in the sitting room/bedroom. An electric oscillating heater is also available.
Car Parking
An off road car space is situated at the front of the property. Cycles can be stored on site.
Public transport
Whilst Husthwaite is a quiet little village it is well served with buses up to 6 times a day in both directions running from York to Helmsley and Pickering.
Arrival and departure times
Please plan to arrive after 2.00 pm and vacate by 10.00 am on your departure day.
